Each day brings new challenges and each of us needs to learn individual coping skills that work. This unique group is the first start in learning about various emotions and coping techniques and how to apply them in your life. Our goal in this group is to give you the skills to manage your best life.

Dealing with Depression and Anxiety

Emotional and spiritual challenges can be heightened when living with a chronic disease. This group will teach depression and anxiety coping skills to support you everyday.

Caregiver and Family Support

Assisting someone living with a rare disease can bring on new challenges. You will learn how to take care of yourself and the skills necessary to handle your added responsibilities.

About Our Groups
Each group has no more than 8 people so we can provide more individualized attention. Groups are led by licensed mental health practitioners with new groups starting every six weeks. You will learn emotional and social skills to help manage your daily life. There may be assignments given with the expectation that everyone will participate.

Groups are conducted online via webcam. You have the right to choose your real name or user name, and the right to choose to be seen on camera or remain anonymous. Measures are in place to ensure strict HIPPA Compliance and Privacy Rules.
